Armor Financial Services (AFS) cannot guarantee a specific outcome or result. If the Member(s) are BOTH unsatisfied with the level of education received AND Member’s scores have not improved within six (6) months of the date of enrollment in the Credit Education Program, Armor Financial Services will issue a complete refund of the enrollment fee. The provided educational materials are designed to educate Member(s) and to empower them to improve their quality of living 

and their credit scores with the 3 major credit bureaus. Member(s) have access to AFS’s credit coaches at any time so they may review the factors affecting their credit scores. The refund will be null and void if Member(s) modifies any determinant factor that might affect Member's scores negatively including but not limited to, length of credit history, number and type of recently opened accounts, mixture of credit accounts, and record of timely payments on other loans or trade lines. This refund is contingent upon the Member(s) using and applying course principles via instruction or via the provided educational materials. Furthermore, Member(s) must responsibly pay their debts on time and refrain from taking any action that may tarnish or otherwise diminish their credit scores.

This Refund Policy is designed to reassure you that our goal is truly to remove derogatory/negative accounts from your credit reports and provide you with quality educational material to help you. It's as simple at that!
